This guide provides detailed information regarding the attendance of various roles at specific meetings, ensuring that everyone involved is aware of their responsibilities and can contribute effectively to the discussions and decisions made within the SWPMethodist.
District Executive Meeting:
Chair, Mission Area Leads, Deputies, Synod Secretary, Assistant Synod Secretaries, DPC secretary, District Treasurer, District Property Secretary.
Chair and Deputies Meeting
Chair, Mission Area Leads and Deputies invited to attend as available. If any staff member wishes to attend on an occasion for a specific reason please request through Revd Dr Dan Haylett.
District Staff Team Meeting:
Chair, Mission Area Leads, Deputies (as available), NPNP Coordinator, Mission and Evangelism lead, District Grants Officer, District Property Secretary, Agricultural Chaplain/Rural Support Worker, Social Justice Coordinator, Transforming Conversation Enabler, Wellbeing Officer, Administrative Staff; (as diary allows for all part time employees); District Safeguarding Officers and Learning Network Team are always welcome as commitments allow.
